AI training brings jobs for 20 girls from the economically weaker section

Asmita NXT, an initiative by Rotary Bibwewadi supported by HG Foundation and Serrala, has enabled 20 girls from economically weaker sections to secure jobs after completing a six-month AI training program at PICT in Pune. The program provided free laptops, industry training, and hands-on experience. Many participants received job offers from leading companies with salaries ranging from ?5–8 lakh annually, significantly transforming their skills, confidence, and career prospects.
