In short

Angel Reese had 30 points and 16 rebounds in the Dream's 79-65 win over the Valkyries.
Allisha Gray added 18 points.
The Dream stymied Golden State in the second half on both ends of the floor.

Why the Good News Desk likes this one

It is the Dream's first Finals victory, and it turns a one-sided start into an even contest. The result came from a strong second half on both offence and defence. Reese's double-double carried much of the scoring load.
