Businesses with fewer than 1,000 employees made 92% of May hires

If you’ve only been applying for gigs at big companies, you may want to rethink where you’re sending job applications.  According to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, nearly 93% of hires for privately held companies during May came from US business establishments with fewer than 1,000 employees.
